Documents Required for Registration

  • Business Documents:
    • Certificate of incorporation/registration (for companies).
    • Partnership deed (for partnerships).
    • PAN card of the business.
    • GST registration certificate.
  • Proof of Business Address: Lease/rental agreement or utility bill.
  • Proof of Export Activity:
    • Importer Exporter Code (IEC) certificate issued by DGFT.
  • Processing/Manufacturing Proof (if applicable):
    • FSSAI certificate.
    • Details of the factory or processing unit.
  • Financial Information:
    • Bank certificate.
    • Canceled cheque.
  • Photographs:
    • Recent passport-sized photos of the proprietor/partners.

Application Process

1. Online Registration

  • Visit the official Spices Board Portal.
  • Create a user login.
  • Select Exporter Registration.

2. Submit Application Form

  • Fill out the application form with:
    • Business details.
    • Contact information.
    • Export categories.
  • Upload required documents in scanned format.
  • Pay the applicable registration fee online.

3. Verification and Certificate Issuance

  • The Spices Board will review your application and conduct verifications.
  • Upon approval, you will receive an Exporter Registration Certificate (ERC), valid for 3 years.
