Eligibility:
Only organizations that have been in existence for at least three years and have been involved in social, cultural, educational, religious, or humanitarian activities are eligible for FCRA registration. The organization must also have a track record of using funds effectively for its objectives.
Required Documents:
A certified copy of the organization's registration certificate (Societies Registration Act, Trust Act, or Companies Act).
Audited financial statements for the last three years.
Details of the governing body of the organization.
A copy of the organization's PAN card.
A list of foreign contributions received (if applicable).
Details of any associated or affiliated organizations (if applicable).
A bank account statement (showing the organization's financial status).
