- Audited financial statements for the last three years.
- Details of the governing body of the organization.
- A copy of the organization's PAN card.
- A list of foreign contributions received (if applicable).
- Details of any associated or affiliated organizations (if applicable).
- A bank account statement (showing the organization's financial status).
