Who we are ? Parties Involved In overseas jobs

This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered and executed by and between:

A) RABBANI`S INTERNATIONAL is a brand of M R GLOBAL SERVICES (MGS), a Proprietorship Company registered under the provisions of the KMC Act, 1980, having its Registered office situated at 19C/2 Tilajala Shibtala Lane Kolkata 700039 & Corporate office situated at 61A, Tiljala Masjid Bari Lane Kolkata 700039, (hereinafter to be referred to as “MGS – RABBANI`S INTERNATIONAL ”), which expression shall include its executors, administrators and assigns of the First Party / Personal Agent / Job Finder;  

 

And

 

B)Mr/Ms/Mrs  .........   Candidate looking for job in  Cruise / gulf / middle east or any specific country or specific industry pls Specify in call or application form  for the Post of pls Specify in call or application form (hereinafter to be referred to as “Principal / Job Seeker / Person”), which expression shall include its executors, administrators and assigns of the Second Party / Job Seeker;

C) An entity offering to provide, employment in any country or place outside India on behalf of Employer. It is required that prospective applicants get themselves registered with Overseas Employment Division of MEA. Once registration is approved by MEA the applicants are eligible to offer employment to Indian citizens through eMigrate shall be referred as to the “Recruiting Agent (RA)” and individually be referred as “Employer / Job Provider / 3rd Party” where the context permits.

D) Company / Brand / Employment Agency / Manpower Supplier / Recruitment Agency of the Gulf & Middle East Countries shall collectively be referred as to the “Employers / Job Providers / 4th Party” and individually be referred as “Employer / Job Provider” where the context permits.

E) Government / MOIA / Labour Court of India and Employer Country`s shall collectively be referred as to the “Government / Authority Department / 5th Party”

HOW  TO GET JOB IN CRUISE / GULF COUNTRIES / HOW THIS PROCESS WORKS ?

AND WHEREAS the Rabbani`s International  Describe the work is done as step wise STEP1) Employer of Gulf / Middle east / Aboard / Overseas Countries hire RA to find out the employee for them and RA directly or with his associate partners conduct a face to face (F2F) interview in any city at Hotel / Institute / College / Training Centres / Test Centres / Offices / with legal permission of POE (Protector Of Emigrates).

STEP 2) Your Agent/ Rabbani`s International search the job vacancies through online /offline/personal contacts/etc and then will inform you about the upcoming interviews / vacancies though all valid channels / medium. 

STEP 3) A) after the interview if you are selected then submit your passport to the Employer/ RA / RA Partners at the time of interview at venue otherwise don’t submit the passport anywhere without my (PERSONAL AGENT / JOB FINDER) confirmation/approval. B) At the time of interview you may get your offer letter / contract paper on time or it may be at the time of flight from RA/RA Partners offices or in between any point of time it vary company to company policies. C) Clear everything about your salary, designation, duty hour, over time, accommodation, foods, medical everything at the time of interview from your client or RA/RA`s Associate Partner. D) Before signing any documents read it carefully or confirm it from your RA/RA`s Associate Partners or from client at the time of interview at venue or take advise from your parents/relatives or  from me on call.

STEP 4) After you got selected you go for medical process either GAMCA for KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Abu Dhabi etc or Normal Medical for Dubai , Qatar etc.

STEP5) A) PAYMENT PROCESS FOR GULF /MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES :  If your medical report is FIT then you have to deposit 50% of the said service charge ( definition of services will be explained below ) and remaining 50% will be paid after getting visa within 3-5 days. * don’t forget to take payment receipt from us. After full and final payment done you will get air tickets / confirmation or you get air ticket with visa it may differ from company to company.

B) PAYMENT PROCESS FOR JOBS IN INDIA :  If you are selected at interview/direct or any way then after joining of the company you shall pay the services charge to RABBANI`S INTERNATIONAL within 7 days of joining. If fail then job finder is laible to take legal action against job seeker. NOTE : After joining the employer, employer & labour department / government authority will be responsible and if any rights of employee violate the employer & labour department / government authority will be lliable & responsible to fix it not RABBANI`S INTERNATIONAL ,But Rabbani`s International will be with the job seeker to help them & guide them accordingly for legal process.

CV SELECTION /DRECT SELECTION/TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW PROCESS: 

There are 3 way to get job through this process 1) Rabbani`s Internationalwill inform you as informed like F2F interview details.

2) Your Profile will be sent to approx 1450 RA by Rabbani Agent International for getting job as job seeker want.

3) Your Profile will be sent to among approx 18300 RA/RA PARTNERS/EMPLOYER of gulf /Middle east/Singapore etc countries by Rabbani`s International for getting job as job seeker want.

**** in this process job seeker shall pay the security money Rs 10,000/- or as per discussed and if job not get within 30-45 days then it will be refundable within 7-9 days and if job get successfully then it will adjusted i services charge/final payment.

 

(A)  SERVICES CHARGE of RA/RA PARTNERS/OFFICES :  Services charge means the amount you have to pay your RA/RA Partners office which will be informed you before interview or selection process including your personal agent / Rabbani`s International  service fee from Rs 5,000/- TO  20,000/- (Five Thousand to Twenty Thousand) only it is depend on the projects details, In all mode of selection F2F / CV Selection Direct Selection (Will be explain below), Excluding Medical Expenses, Travel Expenses for Flight etc.  

 (B)  SERVICES CHARGE of RABBANI`S INTERNATIONAL: your personal agent / Rabbani`s International  service fee from Rs 5,000/- to 20,000/- (Five Thousand to Twenty Thousand) for gulf countries & 5-40K for non gulf countries only it is depend on the projects details, In all mode of selection F2F / CV Selection Direct Selection (Will be explain below), Excluding Medical Expenses, Travel Expenses for Flight etc. 

CONSENT / AUTHORISATION OF PAYING MONEY/CARRYING MY MEDICAL REPORT ETC : I , Job Seeker , permit/authorise/ giving consent to my personal Rabbani`s International`s to take payment from me and pay it to the RA/RA Partners on behalf of me as my personal agent and carry my original or Xerox documents if needed to submit at RA/RA Partners or to send me through directly or courier or keep it at his office if needed to submit or send/return to me back.  

CONSENT / AUTHORISATION OF CARRYING MY ORIGINAL / XEROX PASSPORT  : I , Job Seeker , permit/authorise/ giving consent to my personal Rabbani`s International`s to take/ carry / keep my original / Xerox Pasport/PCC  from me and submit it to the RA/RA Partners or for medical purpose on behalf of me as my personal agent and carry my original or Xerox Passport if needed to submit at RA/RA Partners or to send me through directly or courier or keep it at his office if needed to submit or send/return to me back.
